You will learn, you will grow, and you will have a great time doing it! The curriculum has been designed to build from one move to the next allowing you to grow in a logical progression. You will learn to Base, Fly, and Spot numerous Partner Acro moves with a focus on proper form, mechanics, and muscle engagement. In this 2 Hour Workshop we will work to build a solid foundation in the basics of Partner Acrobatics. We want everyone to be safe, train hard and have fun. Students may use rosin on their hands, but please limit the use of spray for upper level training.Do not use lotion on feet or hands prior to class.
We have a place to fill water bottles, but we do not have cups for use of students.
